Magnesium flakes (magnesium chloride hexahydrate). A natural product of the Dead Sea.

Foot bath : dissolve 250g of flakes (~1 glass) in a bath. Recommended bath duration – 20 minutes, 2-3 times a week, or more often.

For a full body bath: add about 250-1000g of flakes (~1-4 glasses) to the water. Recommended bath duration – 20 minutes, 1-2 times a week. Can be alternated with foot baths.

Optional : Rinse your skin with water after the bath.

Recommendation : The recommended water temperature is 37°C. The water temperature should not exceed 41°C.

This is a natural product, with no added fragrances or other allergens. However, if you have sensitive or problematic skin, we recommend testing magnesium salt on a small area of ​​skin before use.

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Avoid salt baths if you have external wounds or burns.

Do not use in case of renal failure, intestinal obstruction, myasthenia gravis (neuromuscular autoimmune disease) and bradycardia (slow heart rate).

Store tightly closed in the original packaging, in a dry, cool place, out of the reach of children. Protect from heat, moisture and sunlight. Magnesium attracts water from the environment, so it can harden or clump. It is important to store in a closed package to prevent contact with air and attract even the slightest moisture.
