Shipping policy
- The Seller dispatches orders on business days within 1–2 business days after order confirmation and receipt of payment.
- The Seller offers home delivery by courier and parcel locker delivery through the following shipping providers: Omniva, LP Express, SmartPost by Itella, Unisend, FedEx, Novapost, DPD Amber, and InPost.
- We use the NoParcels platform for shipment logistics, which allows us to generate shipping labels and select the optimal delivery method through different courier services. Orders are delivered to customers by NoParcels partners – courier companies.
- The Buyer undertakes to provide an accurate delivery address and specify the person who will receive the goods.
- The Customer agrees to accept the goods personally. In cases where the Customer is unable to receive the goods personally, but the goods have been delivered to the address provided and based on other information supplied by the Customer, the Customer shall not have the right to make claims against the Store regarding delivery to an incorrect recipient.
- Within Lithuania, delivery takes 3–5 business days from the date payment confirmation is received. Delivery to other European Union countries takes 5–7 business days. For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and generally take up to 10 business days. During sales campaigns and holiday periods, delivery may take up to 10 business days.
- The Seller shall not be held liable for delays in delivery caused by external factors such as force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, political conflicts, government actions, pandemics, epidemics, strikes), customs procedures, disruptions in courier services, circumstances beyond the Seller’s control or fault, or circumstances attributable to the Buyer.
- The Seller is not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may arise once the shipment reaches your country.
- The Seller reserves the right not to deliver goods to certain countries or regions if delivery is impossible due to logistical reasons or unreasonably high shipping costs.
- If the Buyer fails to collect the goods from a parcel locker or if delivery to the Buyer is unsuccessful, the goods will be returned to the Seller. In such cases, the Seller will cancel the order, deduct any bank fees incurred for payment transactions and the shipping fee (if applicable), and refund the Buyer the amount paid for the goods.
