Refund policy

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately at hello@alaushu.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.

  1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from a purchase-sale agreement concluded through the Online Store within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day on which the Buyer, or a third party indicated by the Buyer (other than the carrier), receives the goods, by notifying the Seller in writing. The Buyer is not required to provide a reason for withdrawing from the contract, except where the right of withdrawal does not apply under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
  2. To initiate a return, the Buyer must contact the Seller by email at hello@alaushu.com and provide the Buyer's full name, order number, order date, and the name of the product being returned. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, please briefly describe the issue and, if possible, attach a photograph.
  3. The Seller undertakes to respond to the Buyer's return request within 7 (seven) business days. If the return is approved, the Seller will provide instructions on how and where to return the product. Returned products must be undamaged, retain their original characteristics and, where reasonably possible, be returned in their original packaging. This requirement does not apply to the extent necessary for the Buyer to inspect the goods and determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
  4. For reasons of health protection and hygiene, products that have been unsealed after delivery and whose protective packaging, seal, or other protective covering has been broken cannot be returned if, as a result, they are no longer suitable for resale to other consumers.
  5. The Buyer shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods, except where the returned product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
  6. The Seller shall refund the Buyer no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal. However, the Seller is entitled to withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, the Seller shall refund the amounts due to the Buyer within 5 (five) business days.
