In each patch:

Valerian extract (Valeriana Officinalis) – 6 mg, CBD isolate (THC-free) – 5 mg, hop extract (Humulus Lupulus) – 2 mg, passion flower extract (Passiflora Incarnata) – 2 mg, lavender aroma.

We recommend applying the patch to clean, dry, and less hairy skin, such as the inside of the wrist. Additional skin washing is not necessary.

This patch can be used with other ALAUSHU® patches (e.g., mosquito patches), but do not apply them on top of each other.

Avoid bathing or swimming with the patch – water can reduce adhesion and effectiveness.

ALAUSHU® lavender sleep patch is a disposable skin patch for your evening routine. This patch is classified as a cosmetic product according to the EU Scientific Committee on Consumer Safety (SCCS) guidelines. The safety of the patch is assessed according to the requirements of EU Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 applicable to cosmetic products.

We recommend using them in the evening. These patches are suitable for daily use.

We recommend applying the patch to clean, dry and hairless skin – e.g., the inside of the wrist.


The patch remains effective as long as it is adhered to the skin. Typically, one patch, after removing the protective film, can work for 12 to 24 hours.

This patch can be used together with the mosquito repellent patch. Do not apply the patches one over another.

We recommend avoiding bathing or swimming with the patch on to maintain optimal adhesion and effectiveness. Water may cause the patch to come off.

These patches are manufactured in Europe from high-quality materials, in compliance with safety requirements. The patches have a safety assessment report in Lithuania. This report was prepared by a laboratory providing services to the pharmaceutical industry, which has an MIA license and a GMP certificate.
