Before use, thoroughly remove makeup and activate lymph flow in the décolleté area (we share how to do this in our workshops). Immediately before the massage, apply a generous amount of your favorite serum, cream, or facial oil to clean skin. To enhance the cooling sensation, place the Cryosculptor tool in the refrigerator or freezer for a few minutes. Massage the face with gentle strokes: from the chin towards the ears, from the nose towards the cheeks, from the eyebrows towards the temples. Hold the tool flat against the skin, slightly tilted at a 15–30° angle. If the skin "wrinkles" during the massage, the angle is too steep. After use, wash and dry the tool. For an even stronger cooling sensation, store the Cryosculptor in the refrigerator.

  • A morning massage can reduce puffiness, stimulate lymph flow, and leave your face feeling refreshed. A chilled gua sha tool can reduce swelling around the eyes, improve skin tone, and give your face a natural glow for the day.
