ALAUSHU ® liquid microencapsulated probiotics with vitamin C (80mg), L-glutamine (50mg) and as many as 10 billion beneficial bacteria for the balance of intestinal microflora: Bifidobacterium lactis , Lactobacillus acidophilus , L. plantarum , L. salivarius. Microencapsulation protects bacteria from stomach acids so that they reach the small intestine. Take 15 ml per day. The measuring cup in the package will help you accurately dose. 1 bottle = 1 month course. We recommend a 3-month course.

It is recommended to take 15 ml of liquid daily. One bottle lasts for 33 days (net quantity 500 ml). Use within 2 months after opening. take them with or just before a meal containing some fats. This approach helps increase stomach pH and protect probiotics from harsh acidity, improving their chances of reaching the intestines and providing the intended health benefits. In short, taking probiotics with dinner or a substantial breakfast with fats works well, but dinner may be preferable if you want to maximize survival and absorption. Probiotics for "gut feelings"

For a long time I didn't pay attention to what I ate - work, skubējimas, and usually Wolt'as saved the situation. I decided to try probiotics because I heard when they can help.
