Magnesium spray for the skin and body cream with magnesium salts in one gift box, with instructions on “3 ways to use them together.” These products cost €25.80 when purchased separately.
For feet, legs, stomach, back, shoulders, and arms.
1. Before showering – for a massage. Spray magnesium 2–4 times and massage it in. Leave on for 20 minutes, then shower. If it tingles intensely, rinse it off immediately.
2. After showering – a ritual just for you. Spray magnesium onto clean skin and, before it dries, apply cream while continuing to massage.
3. Every day – body cream. Use the cream on its own when your skin needs moisture and softness.
